SerendipiTea is such a wonderful spot to hold all kinds of small group events. We have taken
care of decorating, food, drinks, and ambiance. All that you need to provide are the guests! We
offer Two options for entertaining, however, we are very flexible and can work with you to provide
the experience that you desire. Our seating is limited to 24.

Package A:    A Cream Tea (Tea and Cake ) $10 pp

SerendipiTea will provide a selection of fabulous desserts as well as an assortment of fine loose
leaf teas brewed fresh throughout your party.

Package B:    A Grand Tea    $15pp

SerendipiTea will provide three tiered servers for each table on which we well serve a selection of
tea sandwiches, scones with butter and jam, and a selection of fabulous desserts. We will also
brew a selection of fine loose leaf teas and serve them throughout your party.

There is a $50 non-refundable reservation fee which will be charged to hold the tea room . This is
in addition to the per person charge. The final number of guests is required 1 week before the
party. You will be charged for this number of guests. If there are unexpected guests on the day
of the party you will be charged $5 above the per person rate for each uncounted guest.

The deposit will reserve the date and time of the party. If the deposit is not received within seven
(7) days of selecting your date and time, the reservation will be removed from the schedule. The
remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Requests for changes in the date or the time of
the event will be considered as our schedule permits., but the ability to change is not guaranteed
and in the event such a change is not possible, the Deposit shall not be refunded. The Deposit
must be made payable to Traveling Tea Parties and Such, LLC and may be delivered
personally or forwarded to our mailing address above. We accept only cash or checks and there
is a fee on all returned checks
